Online Checkin Trouble

I am trying to book onboard activities now that my reservation has gone live, but I keep getting the same error message whenever I "check availability" for various activities:
Sorry, we are unable to complete your request at this time. Please try again later or call (800) 951-3532. Guests under age 18 must have parent or guardian permission to call.
Any idea what this is about?

Try a different web browser or clear your browsing history and try again.

Given that you asked this shortly after midnight Eastern time, it is likely the system was just having some trouble. It doesn't seem to be a smooth transition on check-in day and sometimes not everything works right away. Odds are much better that if you are still trying today you won't have the same problems. It is doesn't hurt with Disney websites to have any ad blocking software disabled as they have been known to cause problems.
