Online Check-in

Has anyone tried to do the online check-in today or yesterday? I've been trying to do it for my trip next week and when I hit submitt it tells me it can't process it and to call. Am I the only one?????
 
We checked in 12/11 and I ran into the same problem of not being able to check in on line. I called (after trying for 3 days) and CM said that with the new system upgrades the Booking number I had from March was no longer valid. She gave me a new one/updated and I had no problem.
 

I've been trying to check in at BWV since last week and then I read that BWV is NOT yet hooked up with the "upgraded" system :sad2:. So I decided I'll do it the "old-fashioned" way................in person! :thumbsup2
 
I can't check in online for BWV either. I called and was told "maybe in a few days, due to a resort code problem." Old-fashioned way for me, too! ;)
 
I started trying last Monday for our trip last week. No Luck. Had to do the regular check in at the desk. I'm so used to online check in, that it seemed to take forever!
 
Me too........I've tried five or six times today to check-in for our Friday 1/7 arrival at SSR.....no luck...same message everyone else has received. Tried to call MS, but, got very tired of waiting after almost 10 minutes, so didn't complete call.......I guess I'll just wait until Friday and check-in the old fashioned way also!!
 
No luck this morning trying to check in for our AKV-Jambo reservation that begins on Jan. 9. I'll do it the old-fashioned way too!
 
This system seems to be a pain, entered our info and keeps asking for e-mail address, when I enter the info press submit message pops up asking for address again but it also drops half the other info so I have to re enter everything again only to end up with the same message. After 6 trys I finally pressed cancel. Maybe I'll try later.
 
Well even though it kept kicking me back I still got an e-mail that said I've been checked in, go figure. We'll see what happens on arrival.
 
Tried it this morning and didn't work for me. I've used it plenty of times in the past and it always worked, but not this time. I did go back and check my new confirmation number and the form has the correct info. I have a linked reservation and both my first and second have the same confirmation number. All of my information was correct in the form: reservation one was a delux ddp for one night and reservation two was a room only for 12 nights. It's no big deal really. We arrive at noon and do have Hos. House booked. I'll try again tomorrow just in case it's all tied to reservation two, which the 10 day is not open for that part until tomorrow. dunno.
 
I can't check in for BLT & SSR. Tried last night and again today.
Bummer!
 
I used on-line check in this morning for the first time & was able to successfully complete the check in process. I guess I should consider myself lucky. :thumbsup2
 
I tried again today since my reservation is linked and still a no go. This is the first time it didn't work for me. Oh well.
