Online Check In troubles

Has anyone else consistently had difficulty with the "room request" section of the online checkin??
My room requests were "Highest Floor" and "Near Elevator", but it saved "Near Lobby" - the highest floor is my priority, so I figure that it is counter-intuitive to "Highest Floor".......I have been trying every day for about 2 weeks to correct it. It allows me to modify it to read Highest Floor, but when I check after refreshing it still indicates "Near Lobby". We check in on the 12th of August, today I called and the cast member I spoke with sounded so confused, she wanted me to tell her the actual room number I wanted which I know they won't take as a request! Finally got her to understand I wanted to change "Near Lobby" to "Highest Floor". . .. she said she added it to my reservation, but when I log in to MDE it still reads "Near Lobby". Good grief!!! I have a location request that will be faxed by Touring Plans, I just don't want what is populated on the MDE to conflict with what TP will be sending for me. In the many, many times I have done online check-in this has not been a problem before!
