Online Check In - Southwest

Hello,

I was curious what the best way was to check-in online for Southwest flights. Last week, it seemed to be a two-step process--first, I had to 'retrieve reservation,' I believe it said. My wife said it was easier than that for her, just clicked on one button.

Could someone please clarify?

If the reservation is attached to your RR account. When you open the app as long as you are logged in it should be a one button process to check in from the main landing page.

Did your wife have a different reservation locator number? When I check us in, I can do it for both of us at the same time, since we are booked on the same reservation. I use the app. Make certain your Rapid Rewards number is associated with the reservation, so it shows up when you open the app.

If you're logged in, the trip should show at the top of the page with a big "Check In" button on the right side.
