Few questions about Online Check In

1)If I am going to 3 different WDW resorts consecutively, can i check in to all three 60 days before the first resort stay ?

2)During the Online Check in process, can I make a room request (or should this be done later)?

3)I know if I request an earlier check in time, they will try and accommodate me, but when do they contact you to tell you if your request is accepted or not ?

4)I noticed they requested a cell phone number to contact me. I do not use my cell in Florida due to the exorbitant international and roaming charges. Can I be emailed ?

1. No. You need to wait until 60 days before each hotels check in date.

2. There are a few requests listed from which you can pick two. If you have a specific request then I would call the reservation line and have the request added to your reservation. Remember they aren't guaranteed.

3. If you stop at the desk and ask if any of your room requests were met and they can usually look that up for you. They only send a text with your room number. It doesn't tell you if you received any of your requests.

4. I do believe I received an email and text in February about my room assignment. I'm not sure if they do this regularly though.

Thanks Mexi. I'm still not clear on something. At what point would they contact me to say whether I can get an early checkin time ? 24 Hours in advance ? (how much advance notice did you receive via email and text with regards to your February stay, room assignment ?). Thanks

You won't receive any info about your room until check in day. If you are interested in getting your room early in the day then you need to check the box during online check in that says getting a room early is more important than your requests.

Getting an early room will not be guaranteed either. They do their best.

@wee-haggis as a Canadian you will not get a room ready text and they don't do it via email for anyone. You have to go to the desk when you arrive. If they have a room for you when you arrive early they will give it to you. As the PP stated check early arrival on the room request page but if you do check it most likely that will take priority over any other request you make. If that is most important to you then check no other boxes and you will have a better chance at getting in early.

I've only received a text with my room assignment not an email. People are reporting that they are now adding to the room assignment to MyDisneyExperience in addition to texts.

They don't notify you in advance about early check in. When your room is ready they send out a text and add it to your MDE. You won't hear anything beforehand. If you don't hear before you arrive, stop at the desk.
