Online check in question

If you check in online do you have the option to decline room maid service to get a credit. I know last time when I checked in at the desk is when they asked me about the option to decline the service for the credit. Thanks for any information.

No. You have to do it on arrival day at the front desk.

But can you still do the online check in and do it the day you get in?

Yes. You just have to go to the front desk.
