Online Check in Question

We tried to check in online today. Everything is complete except for the room location requests section. There are two drop down boxes, but there are no choices in the drop down menu. We don't have any major requests - we'd like a higher floor (not ground level), but we can't request anything. Am I doing something wrong? Obviously, it is only a request, and we can mention it at the front desk, but we'd like to put it on the form if possible beforehand.

They broke the room request section during one of their magical enhancements a couple months ago and still haven't been able to fix it. I suggest calling the Main Reservations line and add a request to your reservation. This can be done anytime from the day you book up until 4-5 days out.

That issue has been around for a while. If you booked this using your DVC membership, contact Member Services and have your request noted on the reservation.

Thanks! We've never bothered with online check in before. But, we're coming from off site the night before, and figured we'd at least let them know we'll be around at 9 am. We prefer the non ground floor since we have a BW view, and we'd like to be able to watch.
