I did the online check-in but didn't get the e-mail confirmation. So then I saw that the reminder telling me I can do it is still there, so I thought it didn't go thru. I did it again. Then after the 2nd time, I got two confirmation e-mails at the same time.

Now, it still shows the reminder to online check-in. Does that reminder just stay there?

When I did online check-in, the reminder was still there. I had to logout, log back in and then it was not there anymore. I never got a confirmation email, but had no issues at the online check-in line at CBR when we arrived.

They did some work on the reservation system today, and there were warnings that there might be a hiccup or two as a result. Try doing as the PP suggested. If it is still there, since you have your confirmation email, just ignore it.

I did online check in on Tuesday and ive logged in and out several times and my reminder is still there. I did get a confirmation email so i wasnt worried about it. I called the reservation line with a question and i did mention about the reminder and they said i was all set, it showed i had checked in. So i wouldnt worry to much about the reminder.
