Online Check-in Port arrival form

Not sure if anyone had this issue but we are taking DCL transportation from POR to the port. When I was doing the check-in I noticed the later port arrival time and late boarding group. So I went to the chat feature and the CM said the system was not seeing our pickup at POR. She did fix it and it generated a different port arrival form. So check your times use the chat feature to get it corrected. See below.

We're going from POP Century to the port next week. Same issue as yours. Now we have Boarding group 4
