Online check in on behalf of others.. one Disney account is enough?

I will do the online check in for a party of 0 (3 staterooms).. do I need to have their individual emails linked to Disney account? Or can I do it with my email only?

Are all 3 reservations linked to your DCL account? If not, you'll need to know the log-on info for the other DCL accounts to access those reservations.

I haven’t done 3 but we always get 2 staterooms and they are all linked to my Disney account and I can see them when I log in. Then I’m able to check in for all of them. I do have to do them individually but I can complete one, switch to the other reservation and do it. One thing it does let me do for both at once is set up the onboard payment method if I want to use the same one for both reservations which in our case works (immediate family) but may not always be the case. If you don’t want to take financial responsibility for all their onboard accounts you’ll probably want them to do their own.
