Online Check In looks different?

Maybe it's me, but aren't we supposed to be able to edit our room requests?


When I click on to the Add a Room Request button, it tells me:

Add up to 2 room requests. Though we try to honor all requests, we cannot guarantee them, unless otherwise indicated below.

That's it, probably the disclaimer listed after the list of requests. It looks like a place where requests are normally checked off as you want to request them. But nothing is offered. Hmmm.

Website malfunction? Should I try back later? Or is this how it is now? No options? Should I just go ahead and submit without my request? I'm not doing that yet, just wondering if anyone here knew of changes.

We are 9 days out, so I still have time, but I'd like to take care of it. Thanks.

I have noticed that change more than once, most recently being just the other day when I tried on-line check in. Of course I couldn't use on-line check in at all, because I have a split-stay on one reservation, but that's another story.

FWIW, I was advised that room requests are best made with Member Services.

I really prefer online check in. We've always gotten exactly what we want with it and I like the ease and quickness.

I was just wondering if anyone thinks this is normal or if it will come back to normal.

It's possible that it'll come back to how it was, since I've read where there are glitches in the system that they are trying to correct. Hopefully the problem with not being able to use it with a split stay will be corrected too.

Maybe the problem you're encountering is due to a glitch too.
