Online Check-In Issues

Hi everyone! We are able to do online check-in now, but when we go to enter in our room location requests, nothing is populating in the drop down menu. Has anyone had this happen and have a fix? I would love to get our room number via text and not have to check in at the front desk, but I would also like to put in our location request. Thank you!

If you did a search or have been reading here, there have been numerous threads each week for months about the room request drop down not working. Call the reservation line and have them add your request to your reservation.

There is no fix, it has been broken like this since 2016. You should call the Disney reservation number and add your "Requests". Then do a simple Online Check-in and don't try to add any requests.
