When I log into my Disney cruise account, I can see the three reservations (my family) that are linked together. This is our first time cruising with other people.

We are silver, so we did our check in already. But tomorrow opens up the other two parties check in window.

Can I check in for one of them? Since I see their reservation when I open my account. Or do I need to set him up with his own account to do so?

Also, will the third party be able to check in while I'm checking the second party in?

Thanks so much.

You can check them in. You need to have their reservation number and the birthdate of at least one person on that reservation.

Each reservation is it's own entity That said, if your reservations are linked (and it sounds like they are), if someone has their reservation open, only that person can book excursions for everyone.

That is, for example, reservations 123; 456; and 789 are linked. Reservation 123 can access all the reservations and can make excursion reservations for everyone. Reservations 456 & 789 cannot access their own reservations or book excursions for themselves while reservation 123 is open.

OR each reservation can do their own check in and excursion bookings, but not while one of the other (linked) reservations is open.

So party three won't be able only to do their online checkin as far as port arrival times, until party two is done? Or does that only apply to excursions/on board stuff?

Correct. As long as someone is already signed into the reservation, the others linked to that reservation will not be able to sign in and complete theirs.

Well, party three doesn't have to wait until party two is done. Party three could go first. Doesn't matter what order it's done in, only that one at a time is logged in to do it.
