I did online check-in today for July 5th at the AKL...I tried to make a request but was NOT able to...When I selected the request a pop up window stated I can select uo to two requests but there was no way to actually make a request...Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?

Also, we are getting the DDP...It is on our reservation...Will they charge the credit card we gave online for check-in on that day automatically or will we need to go up to the desk to check-in after all? Again, there was nothing in the online check-in process for this...

You aren't doing anything wrong. The on-line check-in system was not designed for the DVC, it was designed for CRO Guests. Any requests still need to be placed with MS.

You still need to go to the check-in desk. Look for the on-line check-in sign. The Cast Member will want to see your ID and maybe your CC.

Thanks for the information! I actually did place a request with DVC...The website just confused me...Do you know anything about paying for the dining plan this way?

The CC that you provide during on-line check-in will be the CC on file for your room. I have had CM's ask if I want to use that CC for DDP and other times they have just charged the CC without asking.
