I am having issues with online check in on the website and the app. I get to the part where we need to fill out the credit card information and it keeps saying cannot verify information. I understand all the information that is typed needs to be 100% correct. I have even went to my bank website and matched exactly what they have on file for us. we've used multiple cards, none of them work. We called Disney they did some troubleshooting over the phone with me and eventually had to open up a ticket to fix the problem. It's been four days since then and it still does not work. Has anyone had similar issues in the past and any ideas that can help me out.
 
I have been getting the same message when I try to update my credit card information.
 
I had the same thing happen but when I went out and back in it had actually recorded the credit card info as needed. I was then able to agree to the terms and then it worked. Weird.

It doesn't have anything filled in (or allow you to fill in) for room requests, and it says my pin is setup even though I don't remember setting one.

I had noted my room requests through the Disney cast members, and also faxed our resort so we'll just see what happens.

I was still having trouble today trying to update my credit card information via computer. However, I logged in and was able to update through the app. Try that, it should work if you are still having trouble.
