I have a split stay coming up and is the first time I've done online check-in. The first resort I checked in and added two basic requests no problem. A few days later my window opened for the 2nd resort and I did the same. Only this time it didn't save my requests and actually put me down for the exact opposite (I want ground floor, system has me for highest floor). I've tried numerous times to update and it always reverts back to the wrong info. So I called Disney yesterday and they added my requests. They couldn't see anything in the system for either resort regarding the online room requests and had no solution how to fix the error. So my concern is, having previously read tips on here, I know that having multiple requests online and over the phone for the same ressie can confuse things.
Anyone have an issue like this before or know how I can fix it online? I've tried logging out and back in again to no avail. Ultimately it's not the end of the world, but I'm really trying for ultimate convenience here.
