Online check in for cash account

the past two nights, i am having an issue getting our room set up as a cash account.
I agree to the cash agreement box, then when i try to check the box that i am responsible and the contract part, it won't accept a check mark...anyone else having issues? UGH...trying to get plans finalized and its impossible.
what am i doing wrong? LOL

Just curious if you are trying to complete the docs from a computer or tablet (or phone). I completed our check in and reserved activities for our cruise 2 days ago from my iPad and noticed it was slower to respond. Today I couldn't access it at all so I logged off and back on a few man later.
