Online Check in at HHI

I have two studios booked at HHI in a couple of weeks. I have requested top floor, marsh view for both. We will be arriving early afternoon. Should I do online checkin or not?

We never have, so I don't know if it matters. But the CMs at the front desk are so nice, we look forward to interacting with them. It's part of the experience to us!

We never have either. I agree about the CMs. I am just really hoping for my requests to be filled on at least one of the studios. We are celebrating our 25th anniversary, and I want this trip to be extra special. I was just wondering if online checkin would help my chances.

We did online check in - since we always do it at WDW anyways. I didn't get what I requested - a marsh view 1BR, but we were blessed with an upgrade to a 2BR. Which was a ton better in our opinions!! The check in CM was super nice - met us on the stairs waving us in with her Mickey hand.

I did not do online check in..Was HAPPY to get our 2BR marsh view top floor as requested . LOVEd it! ENJOY the beautiful resort and island!
