I am arriving on July3 at HHI and just did online check-in for the first time(we go to wdw and HHI each year, but never have done the pre-check-in). It seemed to go fine and I got confirmation via email, but when you get to the room request section..it does not give you any options. I really love building 29 and 30 and would have requested them if able. I have never had a bad room, so I'm not worried-we have actually been in main lodge building the last 4 times. Just wondering why they have the section, but no options? anyone?
