Online check in and MB

We will be arriving late the night before our actual reservation. We will be staying at one of the value resorts that night and then will check in at the Y&BC the next morning. If we have active MB from previous trips and use on line check in - can we go to a park straight from the Values the next morning or do we have to physically go to Y&BC to check in to activate the MB?

You can go straight to the park.

But you might not be able to use your Magic band for charging or dining (or anything else) until you use it on your door to your new room. Your tickets should be okay though.
