Online check-in and credit card

I would like to do online check-in for my BLT stay next month. My issue is that we are traveling with my sister and she would like to attach her credit card to her magic band for purchases. If I use my credit card during online check-in, will she be able to add hers when we get there? Would it be better to skip online check-in all together?

You can add it or modify charge cards when you check in at the front desk.

You can still do online check-in without adding a credit card. Just skip that part of the process - it doesn't look like you can, but you can.

It's best to add the credit cards at check-in with a CM if you are going to have more than one card tied to your room. The CM will have to attach the card to specific MBs. That's a bit more complicated than just assigning charging yes or no to each band.

If you don't need to do online check-in for any particular reason, my advice is to skip it and just do everything when you arrive.

To complete on-line check-in a credit card is required. I do this and when we get there front desk says they don't have that information so I don't give it to them as we just use the cc. It's easier and nothing gets screwed up.

Otherwise with 2 different credit cards on the same room I predict you will spend at least a couple of hours at the front desk untangling the mess, maybe longer. Believe me, they are NOT on top of this issue.

I can't really say how I did online check-in without a card because the online option isn't available to me right now. I just remember filling in all of the questions asked but omitting the credit card option and the process just moved along til the end. I kind of just ignored the area where it asked for a cc. Good luck.
