If you go to use-dot-salvationarmy-dot-org, there's a radio button on the left that opens a list of pages. Go to the page for donation centers, and in the third paragraph there's a link to a donation valuation guide. See if that's what you're looking for.

I use itsdeductible.com and I don't pay for it BUT I think it loads into my Turbo Tax return for free only because I buy the home/business version. I am not sure if it is free to use without that but it is worth checking out. It is very quick and easy to use.
