I have been getting



"Sorry, our system is currently experiencing high volume and we were unable to process your request. Please try again. If you receive this response several times, please try returning at a later time."




Anyone else having the same problem or is it me????
I want to try to change a couple of things and have been getting this for a few days....

I got that message for Thanksgiving Day but everything else was fine.
 
I have been getting it for 3 days at all times of day too! I am trying to change something as well for 10/1. So frustrating!
 
I got the same message this morning when trying to book dinner on Thanksgiving, all others dates and times worked fine. I called and got the reservation I wanted.
 

I'm not getting that message but every restaurant/time I select I get the message that there is nothing available but it doesn't even give me alternative selections. I think they must be having problems with the website again.
 
For the past 2 days, I have been receiving that same error message when attempting to book the Tusker House (breakfast) but have been able to (attempt to) book other ADRs. So frustrating!
 
I gave up this morning, the system was overloading at 6:20 am EDT.

Just called and got a very nice CM, like usual and got all my ADR's booked.

Never thought I would say this, but I'm glad we're going back to 180.

This will be our 4th Thanksgiving trip, I have never been on hold that long with the 180 day.
 
Bah, I spent about a half hour this morning dealing with a slow connection. I finally called and couldn't get Ohana for my 40th birthday dinner, so I'm kind of bummed out. They also didn't have any access for Thanksgiving when I called--did anyone else book for Thanksgiving? She had no availability for any time at either of the places I tried (Backyard BBQ or Boma). She said to try back. Sigh.

I have been getting that message every time I try to reserve 1900 Park Fare. But just for that restaurant. It is very frustrating!
 
I finally gave up too and called...also got a very very nice CM, She was very helpful and tried her best to get me what I wanted but no luck, she also cancelled one for me.

I got Raglan Road for Thanksgiving(kind of a tradition), but they couldn't get T-Rex for LUNCH anytime Mon-Wed of Thanksgiving week.
 
Me, too!! I've been getting this msg for a few days but only for 1900PF and TH. I desperately want an 8am TH on 10/4 and want to check like 1000x/day but all I'm getting is this msg!!! Ugh. :headache: I don't want to call constantly!
