Has anyone used the online booking form on dvcmember.com to book a stay? Would love to hear your experiences!

yes - when you are not dealing with a high-demand reservation (like AKV concierge) or complicated reservation, it's a pretty easy alternative.

The form is emailed to MS and they usually take a couple of days to process it.

I used it to change my reservation at BLT. Since it was a change and not an initial reservation, I wasn't worried about getting it.

If it is something that you are concerned will not be available, I would call since, as PP stated, it takes a few days to process.
