Online Booking with PIN

I have a PIN and need to book 3 rooms for our family. Can I book these using the link from the PIN email or do I have to call?

Did you click on the link to see if you could book three rooms?

If you clicked on the link and are not able to see where you do multiple rooms, then I would call.
