Online booking tutorial?

Does anyone know if there are tutorials available that walk you through the various features of the DVC Member site? Is it fairly intuitive, or do you need to know the tricks to make it all work? I have searched a bit on google, but haven't really found any demos with screen shots or anything like that.

Most is fairly intuitive. You can play with it to learn how it works.

For risky cancel-and-rebook transactions, you should search for the explanation of the two browser method that currently holds one reservation while booking a second...
