Online Booking Trouble ...

I'm so frustrated! I've been trying to make our ADRs for our trip starting exactly 90 days from today, and after I enter all the required info, it keeps saying my resort reservation number is invalid! Either that, or it gives a red error number instead. But I'm entering all the information correctly. Is there anything else I should be doing, or is anyone else having the same problems? Just thought I'd ask here before phoning them ... thanks.
 
90 days was yesterday, got up and had the exact same problem you had,
so i just waited for 7h00 and called and got almost everything i wanted.

But i'm with you, it is very frustrating...

My 90 day window opens Thursday - I was just doing a trial run to be sure I had the info I need to make the reservations, and am at least a bit familiar with the site. I got the same red error message - E...bunch of numbers. I thought it was just because my 90 day window hasn't opened yet. I hope they fix the problem soon.
I hadn't even checked because I was hoping online would work, but what time do they open to make reservations by phone? I've forgotten from the last time I did this.

The system appears to be having problems accepting room reservation numbers for 2010. You may want to plan to call. the phone lines open at 7 AM eastern.
