If I have borrowed points available from a previously cancelled reservation can I specify that these points be used first when booking online of do I need to call member services when making the reservation? Thanks

Online, you designate purchase contracts to use for the reservations if you have more than one purchase contract. As long as you designate the applicable contract for use, the system automatically uses any borrowed or banked points first.
