Online booking- question

I was wondering if the online booking has the ability to add a room request? If not, this is something that is definitely different than on the phone with MS. We always make a room request- usually pretty specific- like lake side ground floor at Wilderness lodge.

Of course, the last couple of times have been horrible about getting anything even close to our requests, but yet they had rooms available that met the request, go figure!

There are links for Travel Plan Details and the Vacation Center. These pages let you view reservations, purchase a Dining Plan, see waitlist requests and maybe make requests. If not, email the contact us area of member services.

One quick idea: We call the hotel directly a week or two before our trip, sprinkle pixie dust on the phone & make our requests directly w/the front desk!!! Then we cross our mouse ears that they honor them!!! So far -- so good :)

Disney stopped taking requests at the Front Desk via phone and fax a few years ago. Not to say that someone may sneak through.

I interviewed a room assigner for a website a couple of years ago and she admitted that they don't look at faxed requests, they throw them away.
