Online Booking - Adding Special Event Info

Just a question.. I added a special event to one of our online ADR's.

What can I expect from adding this special event?

I also added a special event to an ADR.

From what I read here on the DIS, you may get nothing; or maybe a special greeting from a CM, maybe a special small dessert or a card. I guess it's up to the CM at the time. I also read on here that if you want to guarantee a celebration that you can purchase a small cake in advance and have it presented, but I don't remember all of the details.
