Online Auction Starter Trial---SR

I just called to cancel this and automated voice says it can be done online. Has anyone cancelled online? I actually wanted to check this out a little more but just received yesterday and I thought my trial was up tomorrow (7 day trial through sunshine) but she told me that I had until 24th (guess they factor in time for shipping, unlike some trials ). But If I do decide I to cancel it would be much easier online....Anyone have any info on this?

I emailed them when I cancelled (this week) and they sent me back a confirmation email that it was cancelled.
