Online ADR's - What am I doing wrong ?

This is frustrating, we leave on Friday for a our week long trip and I am trying to changes things at the last minute of course.

We took a 3:45 at H&V for the Fantasmic show, but I want to cancel, I'd like to find a replacment first though.

I log in to the disney site, go to the RSVP page, retrieve my reservation for the resort, then search for the resturant and time, put the item in my dining cart, put in the security words, confirm my email and all that, agree to the user terms and then

BLANK, nothing will come up on the next page.

I've checked my email several times, called to confirm it accepted the RSVP and nothing. DH and I have tried 3 days in a row and the same thing over and over, we've tried in on 2 different computer and DH at work too, nothing

If you are trying to book a Fantasmic package, and not just a meal, I believe you need to call. I may be wrong but I didn't think you could book the Fantasmic package online.

Try using a different browser. Disney dining reservations does not work in Google Chrome on my computer, but in Firefox or Internet Explorer it works fine.

I would just call and make the ADR's ASAP. Don't waste anymore time. I have used the system and never had a problem. Since your trip is coming soon call. Good Luck & enjoy your vacation.

is there anyplace for you to enter a cc. I think you need a CC to hold those (don't you) That may be the issue. I agree with a pp call, dont waste any more time

thanks for the ideas i'm on firefox, i'll switch over to Internet Explorer.

The annoying part is I have called and they don't have the times and resturants avaliable on thier system when I call, but are avaliable on-line booking. I'm giving them a wide search range, I'm looking for any of 3 resturant in a 3 hour time frame and nothing.
