Nobody knows for sure when we'll be able to book, midnight or 3am eastern. Both times have been tossed around today. One thing I know for sure, we'll have some answers tomorrow. I'd bet you a dozen doughnuts that someone will be staying up tonight to test it out for us. :goodvibes

You can pull up any reservation with the confirmation # and phone # and there will be a button to cancel.

I was actually able to pull up the ADR's I made by phone, and I canceled one of them after I was able to get a better time online.

I was also able to add my niece's bday to my CRT reservation- was going to call to do it, but it's nice to be able to do it online.

Only problem I noticed is that after I pulled up all my ADR's, I tried to email them to myself; I received a blank email. (when I made a new ADR, the email came through fine)

I'm such a Disney geek- this is all too much fun. :rotfl:

Thanks! I was able to go in and pull up and email myself all my old ones that I'd booked on the phone. And cancel all my duplicates that I'd gotten better times for (2) and email those cancellations to myself as well. Mine didn't come up blank. I was planning on calling and cancelling those two this evening (ran out of time before leaving for work this morning), but it was nice to not have to call (and hold!).

Also, I found as I pulled them up that it saved them all so my last email showed all 6 of my confirmations on it. So now I have a nice email (complete with pictures!) to show them in case they can't find my reservation when I get there!

I cant pull up either. My room reservation I can understand as it is with DVC. My dining reservations were made by calling Disney Dining, and I have the dining confirmation numbers and my phone number and it does not work.

I can't do these two things either! Is it because I'm DVC too! When I called Disney Dining, of course I gave them my DVC confirmation number, so that may be the problem...huh?:confused3

go under my reservation and type in the confirm number for the ressie you want to cancel and hit retrieve, when you see the ressie there is a cancel button on the right click that can the next page that pops up should show the ressie as cancelled. Hope that helps

Great....like I don't spend enough time on the Disboards...now I'm going to be revamping my ADRs 24/7 :scared1:! Nothing like a little OCD to start my day :dance3:.

I recommend 12:01am EST and good luck because Disney Dining has been shut out of the system off and on all night.

Has anyone had any luck getting the system to take a DVC reservation number? I'm really bummed because I want to have the 90+10 advantage but can't do it yet!! :confused3

Sorry, can't figure out where to type in current ressie confirmation numbers to pull them up.
When I get onto a page for a specific restaurant to search for availability, there is a spot to retrieve my resort reservation, but that's it.
where can I plug in my ADR number?

If you're logged in when you make your ADRs, it will save them under you name (obviously). Go to the top right of the website and click on "My Disney Vacation". A drop-down menu will appear with a link to your "Dining Reservations". Click on this and a page will come up with all of your ADRs. I think this is what you were looking for.

I was logged in ...But alas the only thing that comes up is the retrieve reservation script. Which is what I expect for all of the ones I made over the phone. But even the ones that I made online today while logged in arent pulling until I put in the reservation numbers. They come up fine...but I have to eneter the info first. :)

DVC is still an issue. One poster is working very closely with both Member Service (now that they believe that ADR's are online ) and the IT department trying to get it all figured out. I believe he mentioned that his wife would be calling again tomorrow about it. Hopefully this kink gets worked out soon. :goodvibes

When you came back to your profile later and clicked on Dining Reservations, did your ADRs you entered show up again? Mine didn't and I entered them all in again; now the celebration information isn't showing up again.

It's a little aggravating that they disappear when you log out of the WDW site.

hmmmm, someone must be at their 90day window and can tell us if they can book at 12:01 I would think???

Dont worry, i will,About 90 minutes and counting to see if 12:01 works, this is so cool, im glad i get to try it out so soon. But i still have to call and book fantasmic,oh well

Tech, Dining and DVC are all aware of the problem I spoke with Member Satisfaction team today, they have no idea when it will be fixed though.

It tells you in it that it searches one hour before and after the time you select. So you can't search 4-9, but could do 5, then 7, then 8 I guess. You can search for up to 5 days though for that 2 hour time slot.

:sad2: Not true actually. I posted on one of the now locked threads that while playing around with the online system I was looking at a location for an early breakfast so I put in 8:00 a.m. for 2 guest, it came back with 9:00 a.m., but when I inputted 8:15 a.m. it came up with an 8:25 a.m., so if I were you I would start at the first time you want and check every 15 min since that is the increments that are available to check.

Good luck and hope it works, Disney dining was not able to book anything the last minutes before closing their entire system was down.

Silly me for believing what it said on the next page! Guess this means I have to do a lot more checking before being absolutely sure I can't get anything else for Le Cellier!

Hmm... ADR's didn't come up... and birthday celebration info didn't come up when I entered the ADR #.

However- when I pulled up my resort reservation, the birthday information was there. (I'd also added a "first trip" celebration to the resort reservation, so my 2nd niece wouldn't feel left out of the celebrations) I had not entered that info over the phone, so it was definitely from when I added it to the ADR online earlier tonite. :confused3

I can't pull my resort reservation up because it was made by a TA. Interesting that it affected yours, though.

The birthday/first trip information should be on my resort reservation and my dining reservations already because I mentioned it to both my TA and the dining reservationist, but when I saw I could put it in myself I figured I might as well.

It's clear to me that many TS locations have lots of availability. However, you will have to input every 15 minute increment to get what you are looking for. Apparently, Disney is going out of their way to provide the closest time to your request, but if it's not right on the money or even close, they want you to try their "lesser" frequented TS locations, which is why the 3-4 choices appear below, even if those choices are nowhere near (geographically) your preferred choice.

Therefore, if you want Chef Mickey's at 9:00 am, input this time, and if nothing comes up, trying every 15 minutes starting with 7:00 am (or whenever they open, I don't know). Never settled for the first response. I've found plenty of Le Cellier and Ohana availability from the middle of August through the middle of September -- yes, during Free Dining.
