Online ADRs - I can't make the 90+10 work

Am I missing a step?

I choose the restaurant I want to book, then put in my resort reservation number, it then find my reservation and tells me about my booking Oct1st-15th at AKL.

But then I can only book restuarants up to the 6th October......

I've also registered and logged into the site incase that makes a difference, but still only letting me do 90 days.

Are you inputting a US Reservation number?

Are you putting in your own phone number or the 04420822215 one that has been suggested to try on the other online ADR thread? (That one allows me to see my reservation on the dining page but it's too early for me to book yet.) I'm just wondering if the system reacts differently to different phone numbers, or is it just another 'glitch'...

I assume I'm putting in the right phone number as it brings up my reservation and tells me my dates and hotel......

pick a restaurant, any will do you will see this

Do you have a Resort reservation for the same days for which you're making dining reservations?
If so, please retrieve your reservation.

put in your resort number (the 12 digit one you can get it from disney) and I put in my phone number 44dialing code no zero and number it then let me start booking 90+10

That's exactly what I'm doing....but only lets me book up to the 6th of Oct. GGGrrrrrr Disney!

Looks like October 6th is 90 days away, as July 3rd according to the PS calulator which would mean 90 day ressies could be made on that day for Oct 1st and as we were 5 days on from July 3rd yesterday then that would be Oct 6th. For some reason it is not giving you the +10. Best bet is to call and make the bookings over the phone if they are ones that go quickly.

Thanks claire - yeah i did all of mine on fridya and monday, but i wanted to see what was available on the 9th as its our mnsshp night

Im having the exact same problem Torsie I been trying for ages to get on here as computer has had problems etc finally got on here this morning but it wont let me do 90+10 I also wondered was I missing a step I have done all the same things as you but no luck

I deffintly wont get le cellier and CRT if i cant do the 90 + 10 days

Hi,

I know it's great that it is all online, but can't you just phone?? Then you should hopefully get what you want. I always feel excited speaking to a cm about the holidays, online doesn't seem quite the same experience..

I agree I love speaking to the CMs its all part of the experience but its so expensive for us (we dont have a landline ringing from mobiles is alot) Im always put on hold and internet is just really quick and easy

Oh I've done all my important ones over the phone as soon as it was my 90 days out, but I jsut wanted to check availibility at certain places without necessarily booking, and would rather not pay international phone rates to do so.
