Online ADR

Hi. Good Morning. I was trying to retrieve my reservation on the online dining system and I entered in my confirmation #, my last name, date of stay and resort, It said my reservation could not be found. My 90+10 is tomorrow, but I wanted to make sure I had the right numbers before the morning. It says to enter your confirmation and telephone number. I am very confused, Do I enter the two numbers together, do I leave a space?

Is it saying it can't find my reservation because my 90+10 is tomorrow?

I called WDW-DINE to confirm my reservation number because I reserved with AAA.

Any help is appreciated.

There are posts on another thread http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2276266 suggesting that there are some technical problems with the online system, so it might not be you.

I also tried a few minutes ago, for the same reasons as you, and I cannot retrieve my reservation. I had previously tried (a number of weeks ago) and I was able to access my reservation.

Previously, when I had got it working (before my 90 days), it came up with a message to the effect of "we've found your reservation" even though it did not open up the additional dates. I don't know if this has now changed.

When they first launched the online ADR system, in order to retrieve your reservation you had to input your confirmation number (in one box) and your phone number (in another box). It appears that they have now changed this to your confirmation number, name, date and resort. This was probably because there were all sorts of problems resulting from Disney recording wrong or old phone numbers, international phone numbers etc. I think that when they updated the system they just forgot to change the text, and I assume we don't need to use our phone numbers any more.
