Online ADR questions

I'm a few weeks away from making our 180 + 10 ADRs for our July trip, and it's been 2 years since I did this last. I just want to make sure the online system is as I remember it. We do not have any of the dining plans (in case that makes a difference).

1. What time in the morning (Eastern Standard Time) can I begin to make online ADRs?
2. Can I still make ADRs for up to a party of 10 online?
3. When I log into the WDW site, where do I put in my reservation number?
4. We are DVC members staying on points, and made our resort reservation through DVC Member Services. Will this affect the online ADR system and make the procedure different for us?
5. Can I book the Afternoon Tea at the Garden View Lounge online or do I have to call?
6. I will be buying the TIW card when we arrive at WDW...do I have to inform the restaurants in advance of the TIW card or just present it to the server when we get the bill? Last time we were able to just present it to the server and it worked out great.

2. Can I still make ADRs for up to a party of 10 online? Yes
3. When I log into the WDW site, where do I put in my reservation number? For the 180 + 10 you'll be asked for your reservation number; just follow the prompts.

The procedure is not different, you can still use the online ADR system, use your DVC confirmation number to get the +10.
