Online ADR question

I looked and I did not see an answer to this. My question:

I know at 180 days you can start to make your ADRs. Is this 180 days starting at midnight EST? Or do you have to wait until 6am EST to book online? Basically, I'm trying to figure out if I need to plan on a 3am alarm wake up call the date my window opens up, or if I can just book a little sooner and keep on snoozing.
