Online ADR Help!!!!

My day for ADR's is fast approaching and I thought I would attemp a test run to see how the new ADR system worked so that I would be ready for my trip. I went and logged into disneyworld.com and went to my vacation and tried to retrieve my vacation reservation with my confirmatino number and it keeps telling me they cannot retrieve my reservation at this time to try back again. I have done this several times and the same thing has happened. Has this happened to anyone else? Once I get my reservation retrieved what do I do next? I have figured out how to go on and make a 1 day reservation but without that reservation # I can't make my 10 days out reservations??? Is that correct? Am I forgetting to do something?

Ok, how I used online reservations was this.

Go to http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/restaurants/

Then click the restaurant you want and Book a Reservation. When you get to where you book the reservation. At the top directly above where Date & Time, it says "retrieve your reservation" (it's blue and a lick). Click on that. There is where you put your Confirmation Number & Phone Number you used to book it. Then the 90+10 should open up for you. You can try now before you 90 day, it should retrieve the reservation, but not open up anything. HTH. GL!

Did you book your reservation through the wdw site or through a travel agaent? I ran into this when I booked my ts ressies and my reservations 90+10 would not pull up because I booked with a travel agent. I could make my first days ts ressies online and then I had to call the rest in.

We are in the same boat. I get the same lovely message when trying to access my resort reservation. It's really starting to bug me; I’d like to make payments on my trip without having to bother someone.

The last CM I spoke with told me that the resort reservation system and dining reservation system are on separate network servers. Due to this separation, I would still be able to make my 90+10 ADRs although the system will not allow me to access my resort reservation.

So I tried it out. I went to the dining section of the website, picked a restaurant at random, clicked the orange "book a reservation" box, clicked the "retrieve your reservation" link, entered my resort confirmation and phone number, and clicked "retrieve". It must have worked because a message at the top of the screen noted where I was staying and the dates I was staying there.

I also did not log into disneyworld.com to do this.
