I think I did a fairly good job of staying relaxed. I definately managed to eek out a bit more time for me, I took the family camping more so that we could all relax. I still need to work on it a bit more and I'll have to think about a word for next year I definately need to keep the relax going.

Ha! Not exactly. My word was Believe. I really did try to keep a positive attitude, but this year ended up being landslide of extremely crappy events, and the good things we were "believing" would happen never quite did. I'm so ready for 2011.

I honored my word! Mine was kinder, and I really tried to be kinder, especially to me. I know I'm not beating myself up over the small stuff anymore.
