One weekday...early December

This is our current allottment for US/IOA.

Looking for a good strategy..do both parks open simultaneously??
Would it be adviseable to head straight for Spiderman??

Appreciate any input and thanks in advance!!!

Both USF and IOA open at 9 am in early December. Sometimes the rope can drop a bit earlier if they expect a large crowd. December generally doesn't have a large crowd.
