One week to go and I need your help

Its only 7 days until we will leave and we are counting the days until then.

I need your help:

We are staying at the SQL and I have booked 2 people and would like to add two more (with APs) at the check-in.

I would like to email them this before our stay and I do not know which email I should use:

1. dlp.sql.front.office@disney.com

or

2. dlp.guest.communication@disney.com

Also I have read here, that some of you meet characters at the studios before or after the Star´s and Car´s parade. Where and when is the best opportunity to meet them ?

Is the fastpass service for the Princess Pavilion still available and how do this work ? Any tips about this ?

Fast pass system for the Princesses has stopped - you queue as you would anything else, unless you have a disabilty pass.

The meet and greet is before stars in their cars, and is in the courtyard and will be in the schedule (time has change since we were there but it is usually around 11??)

Use the email for front desk at SL. We did this and explained evrything in the email along with room requests. We got a lovely room and a little bit of pixie dust!

"I wish to add two persons two my booking." ?

Do you nedd to tell them the complete names and date of birth ?

My English is too bad so it would be nice if you could tell we what you wrote.
