One week from my solo trip and....

DH finds out yesterday that tomorrow will be his last day at work because the company is closing! Talk about sucking the magic right out of me. Now I feel awful that I am going on a trip! Hopefully something will come along soon for him...

Ohhh noooo!! I'm so sorry. I know there's no planning for this kind of thing, but you're right, kind of a kill-joy. How's your husband with you going? I suppose everything's paid for so you might as well. Is there any possiblity of him joining you, to take his mind off things?

I hope things work out for him soon, this is a precarious time we live in!!

Thanks for the reply! Yea my trip is all paid for so I am going to go and enjoy every moment of it! We thought about him joining me but the cost would be too high. Airfare is outrageous! Plus he isn't a huge Disney park fan...and probably wouldn't be able to keep up with me He is looking for another job, and maybe have one lined up but it would pay significantly less that what he is making now! But a job is a job and we will be thankful for anything!!!!
