One time use points?

I need to buy 1 point for a reservation for May 2017. I am pretty sure I purchased 2 points for our March 2017 trip when I booked it in August 2016. Can I buy that one point for May?

Yes, you should be able to do so. The "one time only per use year up to 24 points" purchase restriction for OTU points is no longer in effect. My understanding is that you can now buy multiple times in a use year as long as the total purchased during that use year doesn't exceed 24.
