one time events?

Just starting to "plan" for our 7 day this november. What are the events on the 7 day that only happen once? Just figuring out my scheduling and a little lost as to what to plan around.

Animator's Palate color show. Only happens on your first night there. Don't miss. Character Breakfast only happens once. Sail Away party only happens once. Listen for the horn, happens more than once, but the first one when leaving port is great.
