One ticket not showing up on MDE?

Have 3 weeks until my FP+ window opens. DH and I each have a MDE account. The resort reservation, all of our dining ADRs are showing up. I bought 2 adult and 2 child tickets through UndercoverTourist and last week, I linked the tickets to DH's account so everything is together. However, now when I log on to my MDE account, both DH and my tickets are registered under my account but my kids' tickets are not. When I log onto DH's MDE, only his and the kids' tickets are linked.

How do I fix this so that all of the tickets are linked onto DH's account with our other reservations? I'm hoping I don't have to log onto both accounts separately in order to reserve our FP+ attractions. Help please! Thanks!

I spent about 45 mins to an hour last night on the phone with Disney trying to get everything together on MDE for when our window opens. The woman I spoke to was amazing (she was very helpful and we actually ended up having a conversation about our children!) and she helped me link everyone in my party together. I would suggest calling.

First, I'd recommend only using ONE MDE account as the main account to make FP+ with.
You'll have to call tech support and they can straighten it all out for you.

There's no way to move everything to one account online.
We had this problem last year, for some reason my dad had two accounts and bought the room and tickets on one, then made the reservations and FP+ on the other. We didn't know that was what had happened until we were trying to see all the codes together on MDE. We ended up having to call and, although it was a pretty long process, the man on the phone was super helpful and walked me through it step by step. He also made sure that the whole process was completely finished before we got off the phone.
So, definitely call whenever you have a little while to fix it. They're super helpful.

I had such huge issues with MDE. BUT...most were of my making and Disney fixed them all up. To begin with, I wasn't able to see plans my friend had made for both of us, even though I had accepted her friend request. Finally called Disney...seems I had two accounts, one regular one that showed my AP and a second one that was based on DVC. All the joint plans were in the DVC account..that I didn't realize was there. So, the CM moved stuff around and told me to just use the AP based account, and she moved all the DVC info over to that one. All plans now showed.
Okay....a few weeks ago, I was linking dd's complimentary park passes to her account. So, her account showed those two one day hoppers as well as her 7 day ph. But when I went to make FP+ choices for us, I was only able to make them for 8 days, not 9. Finally called Disney. Seems that when I sent my dd a friend request a year or so ago, she set up an account. But not knowing this, I set one up as well...and gave her the log on stuff. Well, some passes were showing in one account, but not both. So...again, Disney moved everything to one account and cleared out the superfluous one. Now, I was able to make all 9 days.
I have to say that I was really happy with the way it was all handled.

I just went onto DH's MDE account. My ticket is listed, but not under family...it's listed under "friends". Actually I find this funny. ;)

I tested it out, by making FP+ reservations, picking a random day in May. It worked fine for all four tickets. Then I canceled the FP+ selections of course. Is there still a reason to call Disney and tell them about DH's and my ticket also showing up on my MDE account? Or just keep doing what we're doing and make FP+ selections on DH's account when the time comes? Our resort reservation and ADRs show up on both accounts, I just checked them.

Try logging in to your account. Go to My Family & Friends > Add A Guest > Invite Through A Mutual Friend. Does it let you add your kids from there?

Scratch that, if you can do it all from your husband's account, I would just leave well enough alone ;)
