ONE THOUSAND CREDITS per costume piece?!

The green superhero shirt, pants, and boots cost one thousand credits each? As does the four-leaf clover pin?

And the mask isn't even available, despite it being shown on the VMK.com home page where it says the costume is on sale this weekend?

I hate it when VMK is a tease like that - and if they're going to be setting the prices so high on a regular basis, then they really ought to increase the character visit payouts to 100 credits apiece...

Glad you did a thread on this ElectricLime. I am really upset over the price of the new items. Wow and I didn't even realize there is no mask yet for the costumes since I can't buy one cause I am A GIRL! And green is my favorite color..hmm! But I don't get why VMK is supposed to be "geared" toward kids but then they make things so many credits. My son just turned 12 TODAY and he could never play the games well enough to get alot of credits during Everest. A friend of mine has a daughter who actually *cried* when she saw how much the stuff was. VMK making kids cry? Not a good thing!

Why should we have to spend time running around like Goofy's just trying to get about 260 credits a day plus 200 more for playing "Yeti" when they get taken up every week or two by something little like a shirt or a special pin!

The costume should have some sort of magic or "Super Power." How about, if you get the shirt, it does something cool, and if you get the shirt and shoes, it increases the effect and etc, etc with a hat, a cloak, pants, a mask or an accessary.

Just my 2 credits!

There are other threads that mentioned this -- that initially, girls could NOT buy the suit. Then a system-wide message went out that said that they now could, and that if there were any problems, to log out and back in again.

However, at least some parts of the costumes are gender-specific and can't be traded.

I think the reason they charge so much is because they want it to be rare after this weekend. They don't want the same thing that happened with the everest suit. If it is expensive then we have something else to trade for. Just today another vmker tried to trade for my super suit. But he offer the worthless pink doors and an everest suit.

If they did that they would increase the costume to 2000 a piece. They say the game is for kids but clearly in many ways this is not so.How many kids can save credits for that long without spending them? It's the reason they are begging on very corner- theprices are too high.

Well I am saving up my credits because my friend and I are making an everest ride. And I have two accounts and I the second one I just created like two or three weeks ago. I have already bought the super suit, everest suit, and the four leaf clover pin, so yes you can save up your credits.

Well I think there will be three more, because on the calendar page there is a picture of four vmk people. One is wearing the green onesuper suit, another wearing a pink super suit, one wearing a purple super suit, and finally my favorite a blue super suit. I am going to buy them all, so if you want one, post a reply in here for when and where you want to meet to trade them. I am not trading blue, unless I get a second one in both of my accounts. In vmk my names are DudeZeke, and Spacezeke. I want rare outfits or magic pins though. I really want cowboy and haunted suits.

Just as an FYI, the only words that need capitalized are the ones at the begining of your sentance, and proper nouns....... And no it's not cheap, and it is not worth 1000 credits......
