One thing I know for sure.....

My mom was watching Oprah a while back, and she called me and asked me this question. At first I thought she was nuts...but I have kept it in the back of my head. I think I came up with a semi answer....

One thing I know for sure is...I have made the best decision for me by joining the WISH boards. I can say that without any hesitation.

What do you know for sure????

One thing I know for sure....is that the thinner I am the healthier I have become...just the ecercise has helped my arthritis tremendously, thoug the weather here has been killing me

Another thing I know for sure....Atkins has given my husband a new life
