One table - split checks?

Can you split checks at one table at WDW? One person in our party will be on DDP and the rest of us will be using TIW. Has anyone done this? Was there a problem? I've booked all of us under the same reservation. There are just five of us. One person will be on DDP and three on TIW. We will be in different rooms with different KTTW cards.

1) You can mix and match.
2) Or, you can match and mix.
3) Just let the server know
. . . who is with whom
. . . who is paying with what medium
. . . how to apply appy's and drinks to maximize TIW
4) It can get complicated, but tis is an everyday occurrence.
