If you could only eat at one table service restaurant at WDW (at any park, resort or Disney Springs) on a solo trip, where would you go?

I'm going on my first solo trip and I'm mostly trying to be frugal, but I think I want to eat at one table service restaurant as a treat. I've been several times, but have not eaten at many table service restaurants (mostly because my ex husband thought it was a waste of time). I've eaten at: Liberty Tree Tavern, Le Cellier, 50's Prime Time Cafe, Cape May Cafe (breakfast), Hoop-Dee-Doo, Teppan Edo, Spirit of Aloha dinner show (I know it's gone) and at Be Our Guest, back when it was quick service for lunch. Never the same place twice. I'm not interested in anything super fancy, but I thinks I want to try something new.

Steakhouse 71 at the Contemporary. It is more casual, nothing fancy and the food is great for the price. It is a must do every trip.

For us, that restaurant is Morimoto Asia in Disney Springs. I never miss a chance to get their peking duck.

Flying Fish Cafe on the Boardwalk and their potato wrapped red snapper is a close second.

Polite Pig at Disney Springs is a QS that serves food that makes you think you’re at a TS.

Sanaa is a nice change of pace as well.
