Are the prices you pay at the gate for park tickets more expensive than if you bought them from Disney on line ahead of time?

Yes, you can get a slight discount from buying them ahead of time. You can get an even bigger discount by purchasing them from discounters like ticketmania. Look at mousesavers.com to see more about getting discounts.

It depends on the ticket you are buying. Disney offers an advance purchase discount on tickets of 4 or more days that include either the Park Hopper option or the Water Parks Fun & More option. There is no advance discount on base tickets of any length.

brentalex is correct in that you would get better discounts purchasing from a ticket wholesaler than you would directly from Disney in most cases.

You can buy MVMCP and MNSSHP tickets in advance at discounted price.Other tickets I am sorry I don't know.You may want to post this question on our Budget Board also,those folks are really good on how to save bucks on your Disney trip.
